Elliott Residence - Ingoe

We completed this project at the end of 2025. The full project consisted of:

Internally - we removed 90% of all internal walls, removed 2 rear elevation walls and then installed structural steel to create a huge open plan area, installed new internal dividing walls all with new internal doors throughout together with a complimenting wooden floor to create a modern living space.

Externally - We removed the out dated conservatory style entrance and re-modelled the entire front elevation with new aluminum windows and doors, new fascias, soffits and rain water goods, and finally cedar cladding.. Whilst the new windows and doors improved the thermal performance, these and the other improvements to the front elevation have transformed the front elevation to a far more attractive and contemporary look.
