Kelly Residence - Ryton

On this project we removed the rear elevation wall, built a large 320 sq.ft extension with a flat roof together together with modern triple glazed flat roof lights. Both the Living Room & Dining Room were extended out in to the garden creating 2 fabulous large rooms, each looking out though their own bi-folding doors on to a spectacular garden. We also installed steel to the 2 internal dividing walls with 2 sets internal bi-folding doors linking living room with dining room and the dining room to kitchen.
