House Alterations & Refurbishment - Ingoe

We completed this project at the end of 2025.  The full project consisted of:

Internally - we removed 90% of all internal walls, removed 2 rear elevation walls and then installed structural steel to create a huge open plan area, installed new internal dividing walls all with new internal doors throughout together with a complimenting wooden floor to create a modern living space.  

Externally - We removed the out dated conservatory style entrance and re-modelled the entire front elevation with new aluminum windows and doors, new fascias, soffits and rain water goods, and finally cedar cladding..  Whilst the new windows and doors improved the thermal performance, these and the other improvements to the front elevation have transformed the front elevation to a far more attractive and contemporary look.

Barn Conversion Entrance - Wylam

We re-designed and re-modelled this new front entrance using reclaimed natural stone for the walling and dressed sandstone for the paving and wall coping stones.  We also built in some feature wall lights for contemporary evening lighting.

Lemington Church

This one of our recent commercial contracts we were employed upon.  The contract involved re-developing the front part of this church to provide a level access entrance and reconfigure the ground floor layout to provide multi functional space.  We worked with both the client and the design team to bring this contract in to a specified budget, whilst also satisfying the constraints of current building regulations to use this as a commercial building.

This project consisted of: 
Phase 1 included:
Full External Refurbishment including new roof, windows and render, Double Storey Extension including a new master bedroom and Ensuite, 
Phase 2 included:
Full Kitchen & Utility Refurbishment including structural alterations together with decoration and floor tiling to the Hallway

Bryson Cattery

This was a 2 Phase Project.  Firstly we demolished the existing stables and rebuilt with masonry, traditional trussed roof and fibre-glass coverings.  The second phase comprised of demolishing the existing cattery and rebuilding with a contemporary rendered structure with a flat roof with roof lights.  The internals received hygienic cladding to all walls and ceilings

This is an extension to a period property giving it a large open plan living area and Kitchen combined with an attached double garage.  We used a mixture of materials including random stone rubble, traditional concrete block with render, and finally a traditional slate roof.
